To perform the service, please make a phone reservation for an appointment between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Any delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notification to the salon will result in the cancellation of the appointment. Appointments can be canceled by phone or via SMS.

If a dog's behavior cannot be controlled, the groomer reserves the right to terminate further cooperation and charge the full fee.

Services provided in the salon are performed without the use of any pharmacological substances or violence towards animals. We do not accept dogs that have been given any sedatives before the appointment.

We exclusively work with professional equipment and use cosmetics from reputable brands.

Each service includes a comprehensive package comprising a professional bath, hairstyling, trimming or grooming, and nail trimming.

In the case of severely matted fur, the agreed-upon hairstyle may be subject to change as the well-being and comfort of the dog take precedence.

Untangling matted fur is an additional paid service, and the price is determined individually on-site after examining the dog. We do not untangle aggressive dogs.

Please refrain from feeding your pet immediately before the appointment and ensure they have the opportunity to relieve themselves.

If your dog has undergone or suffers from neurological, psychological, musculoskeletal, dermatological, allergic, or other conditions, please inform us before the appointment.

The studio is not responsible for any deterioration in the dog's health if the owner concealed a disease, such as epilepsy, heart disease, or skin allergies.

For the safety of the dog, to facilitate the groomer's work, and to shorten the duration of the service, grooming sessions are conducted without the presence of the owner. Dogs are calmer and cooperate better with the groomer in the owner's absence.

The studio reserves the right to use the dog's image for promotional and advertising purposes.

Every pet should have a health record with up-to-date vaccinations.
